Gallatin Co. Sheriff, family charged with solicitation of murder
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Gallatin County Sheriff Raymond Martin, his wife and son are facing charges for solicitation of murder for hire.
According to the Jackson County Sheriff's Office, Martin, 47, who is already being held at the Jackson County jail; his wife Kristina Martin, 36; and son Cody Martin, 20, both of Junction were arrested Saturday as they came to visit him.
All three are being held in Jackson County Jail on $1 million bond each. They are expected to make their first court appearance Tuesday.
It was not immediately clear who their attorneys are.
<span style="font-family: Verdana,Arial;" class="Apple-style-span">Authorities wouldn't release details on the new charges and wouldn't say whether they're related to the drug charges the sheriff already faces. He's been in custody since May.

Solicitation of murder for hire is a Class X offense and carries a sentence of no less than 20 years and no more than 40 years in prison.
