51 high grade cannabis plants seized in Evansville

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[ A combined effort by the Randolph County Sheriff's Office, Randolph County State's Attorney's Office, Illinois State Police, Chester Police Department, Coulterville Police Department, Steeleville police Department, O'Fallon, Illinois Police Department and Illinois State Police Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Collinsville has lead to the arrest of Douglas J. Huller, age 46 of O'Fallon, Illinois.

In July, Randolph County Sheriff's Detectives located high grade cannabis plants growing near Camp Creek Lane, Evansville, Illinois. The investigation of the cannabis grow lead the Sheriff's Office and the Illinois State Police to Huller as the suspect.

An arrest warrant was issued for Huller for the Unlawful Production of over 50 Cannabis Sativa Plants and the Unlawful manufacture of Cannabis , over 5000 grams. A class X Felony which carries a mandatory prison sentence of 6 years to 30 years.

Bond was set at $100,000. Sheriff's Detectives, O'Fallon Police Department and Illinois State Police Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Collinsville arrested Huller at his residence in O'Fallon. At the time of his arrest Police discovered a small indoor cannabis grow, growing equipment and cannabis.

At the same time of Huller arrest, Sheriff's Deputies executed a search warrant at Huller club house on Camp Creek Lane, Evansville, Illinois. Police seized cannabis, firearms, firearms ammunition, a hydroponic indoor cannabis growing system, fertilizer and other items used in the outdoor cannabis grow operation. Huller was incarcerated at the Randolph County Jail.
