I have been married for 30 years and have two children who are grown and live out-of-state.

I am presently retired from the Harrisburg Police Department and would like to give back to the community and serve as one of your city commissioners.

I am against zoning as it only opens up a Pandora's box. No one wants a business next to their home, but you can't just have partial zoning.

Once you open up zoning, it can add restrictions upon the homeowners in the city and be very costly to them.

If you receive city water or sewer, you should be in the city. If you live outside the city and don't have these benefits, then you should be left alone.

To annex these home would be very costly to the city to run water and sewer lines.

Harrisburg is a viable city and we need to pursue other areas of economic growth such as new businesses and grants.
