Rick Rice took advantage of the warm and sunny Monday afternoon to begin the process of painting his semi tractor.

Rice and friends completed one tractor last week at Rice's home on Willow Grove Road and hopes to have the recent one completed in a few days. The process may take him a week.

"It's a pretty good chore," Rice said.

Rice is getting the trucks ready to start up his prospective company, Rice Trucking, a coal hauling company.

Rice paints trucks on the side having learned from his father, Tim Rice, former owner of Rice's Auto Body.
