ISP District 19 announces results of Nighttime Enforcement Patrol

SOUTHERN ILLINOIS - Illinois State Police District 19 Commander Capt. Nathan Douglas announces the results of a Nighttime Enforcement (NITE) patrolconducted in Saline and Gallatin Counties during June.

This NITE patrol allowed ISP to focus on preventing, detecting, and taking enforcement action in response to impaired driving and occupant restraint violations, especially between the hours of 9 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Three registration offenses were reported and one occupant restraint offense was reported.

There also were 31 written warnings issued by troopers.
