Cultural Arts Series performance coming Sunday, Sept. 16

SOUTHEASTERN ILLINOIS COLLEGE - Jim Manley, Randy Bahr and Number Two Coffee Series will perform at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 16 in the Southeastern Illinois College George T. Dennis Visual & Performing Arts Center lobby. The performance is part of SIC's Cultural Arts Series
