SIC's celebrates its first indoor archery winners

HARRISBURG - Southeastern Illinois College's archery program held its first indoor archery league this spring at the Indoor Archery Center on the Harrisburg campus.

This league was open to men and women of all classes. A handicap system was used to ensure fairness among all classes and ages. Archers shot twice a week for eight weeks. This included one day to practice and one day to obtain their scores.

Trophies were awarded to both the adult and youth divisions. The top archer of the youth division was Kyndall Williams from Harrisburg. The highest scorer in the adult division was Maverick Marvel from Galatia.
