Fire races through Locust Street house

Harrisburg firefighters and the Illinois State Fire Marshal's office are investigating an early morning Monday fire at a house on the 400 block of Locust Street.

Harrisburg Fire Chief John Gunning said the family living in the house was out of state when the fire broke out, and no one was injured. He said, however, there was significant damage to the house.

The cause remains undetermined as of Tuesday.
