Jagger, 26, of Baltimore, Ohio.
Both vehicles received major damage and had to be towed from the scene, and Jagger sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries, as did her passenger, 22-year-old Abigail F. Jagger. Both were taken via ambulance to a local hospital and then flown to a regional hospital.
