Felonies

2017-CF-179, Steven Maki, Murphysboro, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a syringe/hypodermic needle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding.

2017-CF-181, James Beasley, Jr., Pinckneyville, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving on a restricted license.

207-CF-183, Chelsie McClain, Pinckneyville, was charged with theft.

207-CF-184, Cary Michalik, Mt. Morris, was charged with bringing cannabis into a penal institution.

Closed Felonies

2017-CF-166, Quincey Abner, Pinckneyville, pleaded guilty to the charge of criminal damage to property, resisting a peace officer/correctional employee/firefighter and was ordered to pay $1,525 in fines and fees and sentenced to 48 days in the Perry County Jail, as well as a 12-month conditional discharge.

2017-CF-180, Darien Lentz, Tamaroa, pleaded guilty to the charge of domestic battery and was ordered to pay $2,200 in fines and fees and sentenced to 10 days in the Perry County Jail, as well as a 24-month conditional discharge.

Misdemeanors

2017-CM-169, Kevin George, DuQuoin, was charged with domestic battery with intent to do bodily harm.

2017-CM-171, Bryan Rogers, Pinckneyville, was charged with reckless conduct with intent to do bodily harm.

Closed misdemeanors

2017-CF-171, Austin Lindsey, Pinckneyville, pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and was ordered to pay $975 in total fines and fees and sentenced to 26 days in the Perry County Jail.
