Du Quoin pastors unite for Good Friday service

<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The Du Quoin Ministerial Alliance held its Good Friday service the evening of April 14 at Sunfield Baptist Church.<br /> Participating churches and pastors included Greg Pavlov of Du Quoin Christian Fellowship, who read scripture; Butch Patterson of Du Quoin Faith Assembly, who gave the opening prayer; Joe Wagner of Du Quoin First Baptist; Tim Woodard of Du Quoin First United Methodist, who gave the closing prayer; Terry Brace of Du Quoin First Christian, who delivered the keynote message; Kent Easton of Du Quoin Second Baptist, who ushered; Earl Menschoffer of St. John's United Church of Christ, who presided over the offering; Joel Vancil of Sunfield Baptist, who provided the greeting and announcements; and Erin Totten of Sunfield United Methodist, who provided a responsive reading.<br /> Music was provided by Chris Slone on acoustic guitar and vocals and Rodney Brown on percussion.</span></span>
