Wendell Gene Mitchell Jr.

CARRIER MILLS -- Wendell Gene Mitchell Jr., 35, passed away at 12:55 a.m. Friday, Nov. 18, 2016, at his residence.

He was born Dec. 18, 1980, in Harrisburg to Wendell Mitchell Sr. and Branda K. Edwards.

Survivors include two sisters, Crystal (John) Miles and Melinda (Jimmy) Elam; brother, Nathan (Krystal) Mitchell; grandmother, Juanita Auten; grandfather; Harold Mitchell; and uncle, Tom Edwards.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Brenda Edwards.

Memorial services will be at 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 28, in Sloan Funeral Home in Galatia.

Memorials may be made to the family and left at the funeral home.
