Ora Rae Feazel

HARRISBURG - Ora Rae Feazel, 66, passed away at 5:17 p.m. Monday, Oct. 24, 2016, in Memorial Hospital of Carbondale.

She was born Aug. 28, 1950, in Eldorado to Lucy (Reed) and Raymond McConnell. On Oct. 13, 1978, she married Burtis Feazel, and he preceded her in death on June 19, 2014.

Ora attended Harco Baptist Church.

Survivors include her mother, Lucy McConnell of Harrisburg; daughter, Lisa and husband John Prather of Norris City; son, Nathan Feazel and girlfriend Megan Gulley of Harrisburg; seven grandchildren, Brianna Prather, Caleb Prather and Jase Prather of Norris City, Natalie Bonnell of Pope County and Maddison Feazel, McKynlee Feazel and Gavin Horton of Harrisburg,; and sister, Ann Frost and husband Victor of Eldorado.

She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond McConnell.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, in Reed Funeral Chapel in Harrisburg with the Rev. Roy Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in Bramlet Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
