Lora Oveta Daymon

Lora Oveta Daymon, 86, of Elizabethtown, IL. passed away on Monday September 12, 2016 at Hardin County General Hospital. She was born on December 11, 1929 to Jessie and Elsie Shewmaker in Hardin County.

She is survived by her Brother: Gene Shewmaker; and several Nieces and Nephews.

She was preceded in death by her Husband: Willard "Jack" Daymon; Daughter: Lora Daymon; Parents: Jessie and Elsie Shewmaker; Brothers: Arthur and Randall; Sisters: Velma and Thelma.

Hardin County Funeral Services, Cox Funeral Home, is in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be on Thursday September 15, 2016 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday September 16, 2016 at the funeral home. Rev. Larry Lewis will officiate the services. Burial will follow at Empire Cemetery.
