Darlyn (Dowdy) Karnes 59 of Galatia passed away Tuesday June 21, 2016 at the Harrisburg Medical Center in Harrisburg at 12:53 A.M. She was born on July 16, 1956 to James & Jeannette (Travelstead) Dowdy in Gary Indiana. She married Robbie Karnes on June 10, 1995 in Galatia. Darlyn is survived by her husband Robbie , mother Jeannette, daughter Amanda Littler, granddaughter Hanna Littler & grandson Ryder Littler. She was preceded by her farther James (Jim) Dowdy. Funeral services will be Friday June 24, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at the Sloan Funeral Home in Galatia with visitation Thursday June 23, 2016 from 5 to 8 P.M. at the funeral home. Rev. Steve Dunning will officiate with burial in the Webber Campground Cemetery. Memorial to the Webber Campground Cemetery.
