Du Quoin's Cravens wins pageant
ULLIN - Olivia Cravens of Du Quoin was crowned Miss Illinois Snow Angel for 2018 at the ninth annual Illinois Snow Angel Pageant held at Shawnee Community College on Saturday, Dec. 1.
Proceeds from this year's pageant (mear; u $4,000) benefit Angels Cove Pregnancy Adoption-Foster Care Center in Mt. Vernon, which is affiliated with the Baptist Children's Home and Family Services ministry of the Illinois Baptist State Association.
Pageant Director Jenna Herbst, along with her family, expressed appreciation to the many scholarship sponsors and businesses who contribute to help support the annual Illinois Snow Angel pageant.
