Pet of the Week: Mittens is shy, but a beautiful calico

Mittens is a 2½-year-old, seven pound calico. Poor Mittens was surrendered by her owner and was never socialized. We are working to gain her trust so that she will be able to find her forever home.

Right now she will need love and a lot of patience to overcome her fear of people. Mittens is beautiful and we have no doubt that she will become a very loving kitty who will be a great family member.

Mittens is a domestic short hair and calico mix. She is house trained, and is good around other cats. Her vaccinations are up to date and she is spayed. Her adoption fee is $75.
