Coulterville Area Spring Yard Sale: 6 a.m.-5 p.m. at participating homes around Coulterville. Get on the map for a nominal fee, and get use of a returnable yard sign. Maps will be available to the public on the afternoon of April 19, at Casey's, Circle-K, Village Hall & Banking Center. The fall yard sale is scheduled for Sept. 8. River-to River Relay: 6:15 a.m. to 8 p.m., annual relay race covering 80 miles of the Shawnee National Forest from Wolf Lake on the Mississippi River to Golconda on the banks of the Ohio River. 240 eight-member teams from around the country compete.
