Harrisburg High School student Carter Reed portrays the Cat in the Hat during a rehearsal of "Seussical" Wednesday night at Southeastern Illinois College. The musical, based on the works of Dr. Seuss, was presented Sunday afternoon at the George T. Dennis Visual and Performing Arts Center.
