Download these apps to help you prioritize, stay organized, find more potential domiciles and connect with sellers and agents. You'll be setting out that welcome mat before you know it.

Doorsteps Swipe: If you're really just getting started, Doorsteps Swipe is a fun app that can help you figure out what is most important to you in a house. Swipe "yes" or "no" as you search through the app and save the houses that you like. Free for iOS and Android. Find it: doorsteps.com/swipe.

Zillow Real Estate: Zillow's smartphone app lets you search through a huge database of sale, pre-market and recently sold properties.
