Man-Tra-Con funding customer service training

Man-Tra-Con Corporation has funding available to register those who qualify for an Accelerated Call Center/Customer Service Training program.

Classes will be held at the John A. Logan College Carterville campus - Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

This program is offered at NO COST to those who meet requirements. Financial assistance for transportation costs (for participants residing more than 11 roundtrip miles from the training location) may also be available for those who meet eligibility requirements. All books and supplies are provided by the program.

The 5-week program will begin on Monday, October 20, 2014.

Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible to participate in the Accelerated Call Center/Customer Service Training program, applicants must:

<ul>

<li>be eligible to enroll in one of our Adult, Dislocated Worker, or Youth programs</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>have a High School diploma or GED</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>test for reading at a 6th grade level or higher</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>compute math at a 5th grade level or higher</li>

</ul>
