  • The Fourth Annual Memory Lane Auto Fest is scheduled Labor Day at the Saline County Fairgrounds.
Organizer Brad Crick stated that the show is expecting to see some 300 cars entered this year.
“We've usually doubled the number of entries each year since we started four years ago,” Crick said. “We started this event to try to draw people into Saline County, help local businesses, to pay back other groups whose shows we go to and of course, to have fun seeing these cars.”
Crick stated that the show draws participants from 300 to 400 miles around our area with a good number of out of state entries each year. There will be food vendors on site and entry for the public to view the show is free. The show has a Facebook page at Memory Lane AutoFest and information about the show as well as pictures of entries from previous years are posted there.
The car show runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with registration starting at 9 a.m. Crick encourages area residents to come out and enjoy the show and see some of these extraordinary cars.
