An 80-year-old Russia man lived to tell the tale of a bear attack and a fall down a cliff. The man, shepherd Yusuf Alchagirov, found himself face to face with a bear last week. Alchagirov headbutted and kicked the bear to get it to leave, and after a scuffle in which the man suffered bite wounds, the bear swatted him down - and off a cliff. The man had bruises and four broken ribs in addition to the bites, but he survived.

"Parents have told us that they would like fun Mac & Cheese varieties with the same great taste, but with improved nutrition." - Kraft spokeswoman Lynne Galia. Kraft announced its character-shaped macaroni and cheese will be healthier starting in 2014, with more whole grains and less dye.
