The Eldorado High School volleyball team picked up a 25-17 and 25-16 Black Diamond Conference victory at Vienna Monday night.
Mary Mitchell went 10-for-11 on serves with 11 points and an ace. Mitchell was also 33-for-34 on sets. Sadie Steed went 7-for-10 on serves with 10 points and four aces, while finishing with eight spikes and four kills.
Abby Steed was 7-for-7 on serves with six points, two aces and five kills on 7-for-8 spiking. Erica Graczyk was 12-for-13 with eight kills, while going 7-for-10 on serves with seven points, one ace and two blocks. Kourtney Phillips was 4-for-4 on sets with seven kills on 10-of-14 spiking. Phillips went 6-for-6 on serves with seven points and an ace, while Dresdyn Bramlet went 5-for-6 on spikes with three kills and 6-for-7 on serves with seven points and an ace.
Eldorado head coach Lisa Craig pointed out another slow start by her Eagles, but complimented her crew on rebounding and coming together as a team.
"We had a good net game by all five hitters," Craig said. "Mary did a good job spreading the ball around so everyone had a successful night. We served well with everyone having a least one ace and we also had a good night digging the ball. Our served receive was much better tonight."
