  • Eldorado's Town & Country Days begins 5 p.m. Wednesday Sept. 18 at Town & Country Days Stage downtown and runs through Saturday Sept. 21, 2013, when Nashville-based local music star Lathan Moore performs in concert.
    This year Eldorado High School Homecoming and Town & Country Days coincide this year and the Homecoming Coronation will be 8 p.m. on the downtown stage Wednesday night.
    Entertainment Chairperson Jan Rash said Monday, "All of Wednesday evening will be devoted the Eldorado High School's Homecoming. The Alumni Band will perform followed by the coronation of the king and queen. Individual and collective performances by high school students will follow the coronation."
    At 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19 there will be a 5K run/walk starting at the Lions Club Shelter on 4th St. Fee is $15 for registration and T-shirt at the Lions Club.
    There will be bingo each evening, a carnival for the young and young at heart, Big Wheel races, a beauty pageant, washer pitching, cake walks, a 5K Run, Kiddie Parade and the Giant Town & Country Days Parade which starts at 1 p.m. Saturday. This year there will be an auction following the parade. Jamie Scherrer will be the auctioneer.
    Gospel Music Night begins at 7 p.m. on Friday night. Several local artists and groups will be performing, and the ever popular Phelps Brothers will close the evening's entertainment.
    Saturday entertainment begins at 7 p.m. when Cindy Golden-Roderick performs; 7:30 p.m. it will be Keelan Holloway and at 8:30 p.m. Nashville recording artist and Harrisburg native Lathan Moore will sing a concert.

    Wednesday, Sept. 18:
    5 p.m. — Opening Ceremony, Eldorado American Legion Post 169 and Eldorado VFW Post 3479, Honor/Color Guard; National Anthem sung by Casey Maloney; Eldorado Middle School and High School cheerleaders perform; carnival opens with armbands for $18.
    5:30 p.m — Lite-A-Bike/Bubble Gum Blowing Contest sponsored by Eldorado VFW Auxiliary and Eldorado Police Department; Beta Cake Walk.
    6 p.m. — Bingo Starts with host the EHS Interact Club
    6:30 p.m. — EHS Alumni Band
    8 p.m. — EHS Homecoming Coronation "Wishes...Make Your Dreams Come True."
    8:30 p.m. — EHS Talent Showcase: Abbie Hudnell, Callie Smith, Reagan Gray, Sarah Baldwin
    Thursday, Sept.19:
    5 p.m. — Carnival opens, armbands are $18; Eldorado Pre-K classes
    5:30 p.m. — Eldorado T&C Baby Photo/Beauty Pageant (Sponsor: Eldorado Women's Club); Big Wheel Races (Sponsor: The Bank of Marion, Eldorado Facility); Washer Pitching Registration at Tennis Courts
    6 p.m. — Bingo starts hosted by Fountainview; Washer Pitching Contest - Singles and Doubles (at tennis courts)
    6:30 p.m. — 5K Run/Walk (Sponsor: Legence Bank)
    Friday, Sept. 20:
    1:30 p.m. — Homecoming Parade
    Page 2 of 2 - 5 p.m. — PTO Cake Walk; Carnival opens with armbands for $20
    6 p.m. — Star Church Youth Cake Walk, Bingo starts hosted by Ferrell Hospital
    7 p.m. — Local Gospel Talent: Curt Morris, Sara Jo Healy, Charlie Bramlet, Carolyn Ellison, Fire-by-Night, God Rods, Phelps Sisters, Star Band, Madeline and Lydia Rogers, The Rainey's and "Mama T" and "The Phelps Brothers." Homecoming Game against Elverado is also at 7 p.m.
    Saturday, Sept. 21:
