The suspect, Michael Brandon Hill, had 500 rounds of ammunition on him, police said. Earlier this year he was arrested for threatening his brother’s life.

    Bradley Manning was sentenced to 35 years in prison today. Manning, who was found guilty of leaking classified documents to WikiLeaks, also was dishonorably discharged and had his rank lowered to private from private first class.
