  • Harrisburg Police Chief Bob Smith said Thursday that someone using projectiles had broken large, expensive plate glass windows in four Harrisburg businesses late Wednesday or early Thursday morning.
    Other businesses damaged were reported through Thursday and Friday.
    "Suzie's Laundry at 701 N. Main lost eight plate glass windows; The Harrisburg Sandlot at 301 E. Locust lost windows; Best One Tire at 130 S. Commercial lost windows and a door; O'Reilly's Auto Parts at 302 S. Commercial lost 9 windows. The damages are in the thousands of dollars," said Smith.
    Police are checking leads.
