  • A Harrisburg man is jailed accused of biting a police officer and an emergency medical technician.
Jason Eric Grotberg, 18, Harrisburg was arrested Sunday at his home at 1340 W. Robinson St., Harrisburg on charges of two counts of aggravated battery on a police officer and aggravated battery on an EMT, resisting and obstructing a police officer, underage consumption of alcohol, possession of drug equipment and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Neighbors complained of a loud party and Harrisburg Police responded, according to Police Chief Bob Smith.
