  • The Collector’s Roadshow, a company from Lincoln that represents, will be appraising and offering cash for jewelry, electronics, old coins and all kinds of memorabilia 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. today and Wednesday at the Harrisburg American Legion.
Collector’s Roadshow spokesman Frank Ross said the company is funded by collectors who have wish lists of items. The roadshow representatives will look over the items and if they believe they have a buyer will offer cash.
Ross said the company also represents collectors of electronics and may make offers on old cell phones or computers.
Offers are made based on market demand, condition, included accessories and original packaging, according to a release from the company. Original packages and accessories are not required, but typically are worth more money.
Other items of interest include all toys made before 1965; war memorabilia like swords, daggers, medals and helmets; silver coins and paper currency; musical instruments both new and used, especially vintage guitars. Other items they will make offers to buy include diamonds, all gold jewelry, broken jewelry, costume jewelry, pocket watches and more.
