  • Lancelet Dean Feazel, 81, resident of Eldorado, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2013, at his residence.
    Dean was born Aug. 6, 1931, in Norris City to the late Ralph and Geneta (James) Feazel. He married the former Alice (Price) who survives. Dean retired from ConRail (New York Central RailRoad). He was a member of Star General Baptist Church and was a Member of the Equality Masonic Lodge. In addition to his wife he is survived by two sons, Roger (Kathi) Jones of Omaha, Lance (Mischelle Brown) Feazel of Eldorado; two daughters, Connie Jo Woolcott of Eldorado, Treva (Jim) Spivey of Eldorado; one brother, Burtis (Ora Rae) Feazel of Muddy; three sisters, Sue (David) Anglin of Harrisburg, Judy (Don) Barrett of Michigan, Rita (Bill) French of Michigan; grandchildren, Brad (Lori) Woolcott, Michelle (Greg) Cook, J.J. Jones, Heather (Matt) Rice, Hope Spivey, Adam (Brandi) Jones, Lucas Jones; great-grandchildren, Deric Schneider, Lauren Schneider, Chesney Cook, Drew Woolcott, Abbie Woolcott, Anderson Woolcott, Deegan Rice, Kaitlyn Jones, Madison Jones, Trenton Jones and Wyatt Jones.
    In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Dwain Jones; three brothers, Randall, Bill and Fred.
    Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday May 7, 2013, at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado with the Rev. Jeff Roth officiating. Burial will be in Wolf Creek Cemetery in Eldorado. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. A Masonic Service will follow the visitation at 7 p.m. on Monday. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the the Star Church Building Fund and will be accepted at the funeral home.
