Lindsey Murray was up to her old tricks again and this time she was joined in the fun by teammate Amy DeNeal.
Murray set a new school record in the pole vault, breaking her own record, by clearing 11-feet-7 and DeNeal nearly set a new school record in the triple jump, clearing 32-feet-2.5. The previous school record was 32-feet-1, set by Stacey Spurling about 15 years ago.
"She had a great jump, obviously one of the best of the season for her," head coach Chuck Ingram said about DeNeal. "She's getting better, but all the kids are getting better. Half of our runners are all sophomores and freshmen, so we're still 'learning.'"
DeNeal had a jump of 14-feet-1 in the long jump, while Tiffanie Milligan went 12-feet in the long jump.
Other notable finishes included Taylor McDaniel in the 3200 meter run and the 1600 meter run as McDaniel finished second in the two-mile run with a time of 11:30 and had a time of 5:57 in the one mile for a third place finish.

The 400 meter relay team of Joy Melendez, Bre Hernandez, Brooke Hernandez and Bradley Holmes finished in just under a minute at 0:59. The same group comprised the 800 meter relay and finished with a time of 2:09.
Holmes ran the 100 meter dash in a time of 14.47, while Kesley Hobbs had a time of 13.28.
Tori Dewar ran the 800 in a time of 3:00 and Melendez had a time of 32:88 in the 200 meter dash.
