Carrier Mills-Stonefort fell 12-5 to Seneca Thursday afternoon in prep baseball action.
Loren Whiting picked up the loss as he went 1 2/3 innings, allowing seven runs on five hits with five walks and one strikeout.
Josh Bailey relieved going 2 1/3 inning, allowing three runs on three hits and finishing with two walks.
Darrenz Betz closed things out, pitching two innings and allowing two runs on two hits with two strikeouts.
Seneca took a quick 10-0 lead through the first three innings, scoring three in the first, followed by four in the second and another three in the third.
Carrier Mills responded with four runs in the fourth when Whiting singled and Jerry Graham came through with a one-out single. Tyler Cantrell followed suit with an RBI double and after Brice Batson reached base via fielder's choice, Anthony Kalodner smacked an RBI single, followed by a two RBI double by Dalton Summers.
Seneca put up two more runs in the top half of the sixth, but the Wildcats responded with a run in the bottom half of both the sixth and seventh inning.
Betz RBI single scored Kalodner in the sixth and Whiting, who came through with a lead off single in the seventh, later scored on a wild pitch.
Kalodner went 2-for-4 with two runs scored, while Summers also went 2-for-4 with a pair of RBIs. Betz finished 2-for-4 with an RBI.
Carrier Mills is slated to play host to Eldorado on Monday at 4:30 p.m and travel to Pope County on Tuesday. The Wildcats will then play host to Crab Orchard on Thursday before traveling to Hamilton County on Friday.
