Morning Jolt: Bo Obama receives marriage proposal

Asking celebrities to events has become a popular online phenomenon, and now First Dog Bo Obama is getting in on the action. He received a video invitation to serve as Grand Dog Marshal of the Oregon Humane Society 2013 Doggy Dash and to marry goldendoodle Ramona (or just attend the event as her date).
