The Harrisburg High School boys' track team finished seventh out of 45 other combined Class 2A and Class 3A teams this past weekend at the Eastern Illinois Indoor Track and Field Meet Saturday.
Cahokia won the event, followed by East St. Louis and Belleville West. Decatur McArthur finished fourth, followed by Edwardsville and Plainfield South.
D.J. Duncan won the 55 meter hurdles with a time of 7.55, while Isaac Ingram finished fourth in the shot put with a throw of 53-feet-8.
Luke Horton placed sixth in the 800 meter run and the 800 meter relay team of Corbin Crim, Preston Boone, Dylan Yates and Duncan placed fifth.
The 1600 meter relay team of Logan Hartley, Duncan, Boone and Horton finished sixth.
Harrisburg will compete Friday at the TopTimes event in Champaign and will participate at the TopTimes in Bloomington on Saturday.
