DEATH NOTICE: Wayne Adams

Wayne Adams, 71, Equality, died 5:36 p.m. Monday, March 11, 2013, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville, Ind.

Visitation is from 6 p.m. until memorial service time at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 14, 2013, at the Vickery Funeral Chapel in Equality.

Wayne is survived by four daughters, a son, one sister, 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
