It has been a long 24 hours of winter weather for much of the region. Parts of western Kentucky remained all rain. Large chunk of Missouri and Illinois was slammed with ice and snow.
I am pretty tired after the event. This will be a short update.
Today will be a quiet weather day - Saturday, as well. Another chance for rain and thunderstorms should arrive around Sunday night or Monday. I will monitor and update some more later tonight.
Looks like cold weather may continue on and off for the next three weeks. Not what you wanted to hear!
