  • Eldorado put three players in double figures, including a co-game-high 19 points by Tyler Deaton, but it wasn’t enough as Fairfield took a Black Diamond Conference East affair against Eldorado, winning 71-61.
The Eagles led 11-7 after one quarter of play, but were outscored 22-9 by the Mules in the second quarter as Fairfield held a 20-29 lead at halftime.
Eldorado couldn’t generate enough offense, despite playing even with Fairfield in terms of scoring as Fairfield outscored the Eagles 18-17 in the third and both teams scored 24 points in the fourth quarter.
Justin Wiseman added 18 points for Eldorado, while Joel Boulds scored 16 for the Eagles.
Dylan Lawrence and Brennan Unthank each finished with four points.
