A: If you are committed to your trainer and your program, online coaching can certainly help you achieve your goals. An online trainer will have you check in with them throughout the week by email, text, phone or Skype. But because your online trainer can’t actually see what you are doing, you need to be motivated to complete your workouts with 100 percent effort on your own, and be extremely honest with your trainer when you check in. In the end, it is your body, your goals and your health.
