The Harrisburg High School bowling team was victorious on the road Tuesday with the boys picking up a 2960-2551 win over Massac County, while the varsity girls get a nice 2488-2241 win.
CJ Murphy and Braxton Keasler were tops with a 667 and 662 respectively.
"Braxton really threw the ball well tonight," head coach Doug Cottom said. "The last three weeks, he's been pretty sharp for us in the leadoff spot. He sets the table and most of the, 'so goes Braxton, so goes the rest of the team.'"
Jessica Mezo played nicely in her match with a 501.
"We can't seem to get all five clicking at the right time for the girls," Cottom said. "The bar has been raised with this group and sometimes it is hard to move on up the ladder."
The JV boys were led by Robert Bonnell and his 582 in their win, while the JV girls were led by gracie alexander at 432.
