Flora Johnson, 82, of Harrisburg passed away 6:45 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, 2012, at Saline Care Center in Harrisburg.
She was born May 9, 1930, in Harrisburg, the daughter of Henry and Dora Stone Killman. She was married to Rodney Johnson and preceded her in death Nov. 1, 1972. Flora worked at the A. L. Bowen Children's Center and Harrisburg Medical Center. She was a member of the Dorrisville Social Brethren Church.
Survivors include her daughter Martha (John) Armes of Tampa, Fla.; two sisters, Dora Newton and Ruby Wilson both of Harrisburg, two grandchildren, Jennifer (David) Nilsen and John Michael Armes; three great-grandchildren, Christopher, Kevin and Ryan Nilsen; and a daughter-in-law, Lisa Johnson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Rodney; son, Rodney; brother, Waldo Killman; and two sisters, Fern Humm and Lillian Webb.
Services will be 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 25, 2012, at the J. M. Weirauch Funeral Home in Harrisburg. The Rev. Jerry Wells will officiate and burial will be in Sunset Lawn Cemetery.
