Harrisburg man charged with cocaine, firearm offense

Remus Octavris Henning, 34, of Harrisburg, appeared for arraignment today in United States District Court in Benton on charges that he possessed crack cocaine with intent to distribute it and that he carried a loaded .45 caliber firearm during and in relation to that crime, Stephen R. Wigginton, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois announced today.
