  • WHITESVILLE - Saline County Sheriff’s Deputies are investigating the break in and burglary of a hunting cabin on Whitesville Road in rural Harrisburg.

  • Saline County Sheriff’s Deputies are investigating the break in and burglary of a hunting cabin on Whitesville Road in rural Harrisburg.
    Deputy Craig Williams responded to the burglary report Thursday and met owner Roman P. Kuppart, Harrisburg, at 4135 Whitesville Road, according to a sheriff’s report.
    Kuppart said between the dates of Sept. 22 and Sept. 29 someone broke into his cabin by force and took several hunting tools.
    Among the missing items were a fanny pack containing a flashlight, folding knife and deer calls, a set of binoculars, a rangefinder, two fillet knives, another knife and a gut hook knife, according to the report.
