Frank Herbert Cox, 87, of Harrisburg, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2016 at Saline Care Center. Mr. Cox was born in Eldorado, Illinois on March 12, 1929 to the late Glenn Waverly and Gladys May (Pack) Cox. He married Mary Lou Cannon and she preceded him in death on Dec. 7, 2013. Mr. Cox was a heavy equipment operator and an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict.
